Update 16 Apr 12 13:36 This is issue has been confirmed as a problem with an upstream carrier experiencing high packet loss at Global Switch 2, London. They are currently working on a resolution.

We believe this to be related to a network problems with an upstream carrier. We are trying to establish more information and will update this page when more information is obtained.
